To improve access to services that support women's rights, well-being, and empowerment in the Northern Province.

Main Objectives:

• To enhance the effectiveness of "Social-Care Centres" at Divisional Secretariat offices.
• To strengthen coordination and collaboration among public service institutions under the Central and Provincial governments, ensuring better support for women and vulnerable communities in the Northern Province.
• To promote evidence-based decision-making by assessing the needs and accessibility of public services for vulnerable communities.
